Lead Data Scientist
We are looking for a driven algorithmic trader who will build his own trading desk from the ground up!
What You Will Do At Finapac Capital?
- Providing ideas, strategy, approach, architecture, and solutions to solve real-world business problems with AI on a daily basis
- Implement AI software as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Engage effectively with business clients; understand requirements data; and propose AI software solutions to produce AI software for them
- Research, design, implement, validate, integrate AI core models into business software
- Involved in reporting and documenting all steps in AI-related work for clients to build the company's knowledge base
- Provide mentorship / training sessions to junior team members
Our Ideal Candidates Would Have
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, or any related disciplines
- At least 4 years of AI in industry sector
- Strong in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing
- Strong in Probabilistic Models such as Bayesian, Markov, Gaussians
- Strong in Hypothesis Testing with various tests

Quant Researcher
Finapac Capital is looking for quantitative researchers who are passionate about the Fintech industry. In this role, you will work closely with the quantitative researchers, traders and developers, coming up with hypotheses, collecting data, analyzing to develop the new algo strategies.
What You Will Do At Finapac Capital?
- Conduct research, statistical analyses, back testing, and develop high frequency trading strategies.
- Apply quantitative techniques and continuously improve trading strategies in every aspect such as trading execution, risk management, etc.
- Develop core algorithms and sophisticated investment models leading directly to trading decisions.
- Building tools for predictive signals.
Our Ideal Candidates Would Have
- BS/MS/PHD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or other related field.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C/C++, Java, Python);
- Strong analytical skills and strong ability to apply logical and mathematical thinking to all kinds of problems
- Knowledge in algorithmic trading and equities will be an advantage
- Passionate about financial market
